Payment options

TEEDAWN ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard as well as mobilepay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT and deposit.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

TEEDAWN ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

TEEDAWN ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days.

TEEDAWN ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel shop, DAO - Direct, DAO - Parcel shop

Freight is calculated based on weight.


You will receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered to you.

Any return costs shall be borne by the buyer.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to wewantbeer@teedawn.com. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

The buyer is liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that the buyer must handle the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if the buyer cancels the purchase, a smaller part or none of the purchase amount will be returned. It is up to TEEDAWN ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint

Food products are not covered by the standard 2-year right of complaint.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time.

In order for the buyer to enter into an agreement with TEEDAWN ApS, we need the following information:

We register the buyer's personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to the buyer.

The personal data is registered with TEEDAWN ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
