Delivery of our service:

Personal data is used to contact you regarding the maintenance of our ongoing relationship and order processing, as stated in our terms of sale and delivery.

Marketing:

Personal data is used for marketing purposes, including tailoring our communication with you to specific orders and sending you relevant information and updates in the form of newsletters, to the extent you have given your consent.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:

a) General personal data, e.g.: Name, job title, address, email, and phone number

b) Sensitive information: None, or limited information relevant to our relationship and trade.

We collect information from the following sources: Directly from you, and – in certain cases – from the CVR register (Danish Central Business Register), social media, and your company's website.

We will store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned.

Financial documents: Up to 5 years

Your contact information: For as long as we are in contact with you as a customer, potential customer, supplier, partner, distributor, employee, or consumer.

In the event of a recognized error on our part, you will receive immediate notification, and data will be deleted or moved immediately.

The following information is relevant if you are a business customer or potential business customer of ours. We will only be able to deliver goods or services to you with this information:

VAT number (CVR number)

Company name

Delivery address

Billing address

Contact person with email and phone number

If applicable, information about the bank, including registration and account number

5) YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights:

You have the right – at any time – to request access to, rectification, or deletion of your personal data.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.

In particular, you have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. TeeDawn's policy is not to contact you with our news, etc., unless you have given permission.

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided yourself in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability).

You can always lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

6) MitID Age Verification

Teedawn.com uses VerifyID to perform electronic age verification using MitID. This is to ensure that customers purchasing age-restricted products are above the legal age limit, and to comply with regulations for remote sales of age-restricted products. VerifyID processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR law.
